Delivery & Shipping

Please be aware that prices displayed on the website www.lovelightingstore.co.uk do not include delivery fees which are added to most orders.

All deliveries on the UK mainland are FREE for all orders above £50.00, and orders below this incur a delivery fee of £3.95.
 
Deliveries to non-mainland UK (Isle of Wight, Eire, Guernsey & Jersey, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Orkney Isles, Scottish Isles and Shetland Isles) will incur an additional delivery charge. You can either contact us for a quote, or will we confirm the cost after you have placed your order, but before we despatch your items.
 
For deliveries outside the UK please email us at sales@lovelightingstore.co.uk for a quotation.
 
We will make every effort to dispatch orders within 3-4 working days, however occasionally we may run out of certain stock items.  We will try to notify you of expected despatch times if there are delays in despatching your order. When we advise you of an expected dispatch date you can decide whether to continue with your order.
 
We will offer a full refund if we cannot deliver your order in 28 days.
 
If any stock items on an order are not available we may opt to dispatch a part delivery of the order at our discretion, or hold back the whole order until we are in receipt of any items which are out of stock, and dispatch the total order as one parcel.

We carefully pack each order and try to ensure that your order is received by you on time and in one piece. However, we are not responsible if your goods are lost or damaged in transit.

The courier services we use require all deliveries to be signed for. If nobody is at the delivery address to accept the delivery, the courier company leave a “calling card” advising you to get in touch with them to either arrange a second delivery or for you to collect your parcel from them. If a second delivery attempt is also unsuccessful, then a further fee is payable for any further delivery attempts. You are liable for this fee. After 7 days if you have not contacted the couriers to arrange collection or redelivery of the parcel then the parcel is automatically returned to Love Lighting Store. In this situation, you will be liable for costs associated with returning the parcel to us, and also for the cost of re-delivery to you.

Love Lighting Store cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery and accepts no liability whatsoever for costs incurred as a result of delays in delivery.
 
We strongly advise that tradesmen, such as electricians, are only booked once goods have been received and not beforehand.
